It is recommended to take 1 ml per 5 kg of body weight once a day for the long term (at least for 2-3 months). In periods of increased stress, an increased dose (2 ml / 5 kg) can be taken once a day for 3-7 days. Ideally take the product at night before going to sleep or in the morning on an empty stomach.
