1 tablet a quarter of an hour before bedtime

Thickener (microcrystalline cellulose); niacin (nicotinamide) 36 mg; emulsifier (hydrogenated cottonseed oil); thickener (hydroxypropyl cellulose); vitamin B6 9.5 mg; coating (Opadry II white - thickeners (polydextrose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, medium chain triglycerides), colorant (titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); melatonin 1 mg; anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

The prolonged-release tablets allow double functionality: Rapid action through the release of melatonin (0.5mg) Prolonged action through the gradual release of the remaining melatonin (0.5mg)
