Purifying and mattifying toner developed to help balance oily and blemish-prone skin.
This toner helps remove makeup residue, impurities and excess oil from the skin, leaving it clean, fresh and mattified. It also helps reduce unwanted shine and minimize the appearance of pores, giving you a smoother, more refined complexion.
Moisten a cotton pad with a sufficient amount of tonic. It is not necessary to soak the cotton, just moisten it enough to apply the product to the skin.
