Slowly add 30gr of Meritene Cereal Instant in 200ml of skimmed milk, cold or warm, and stir until completely diluted. You can also prepare it with water or other types of milk. If you do not consume immediately, consume within the first 6 hours or store in the cold for a maximum period of 24 hours.
