Adults:
A maximum daily dose of two teaspoons (or two sachets) is recommended.
It can be taken up to a maximum of twice a day, as follows: one spoon/sachet in the morning, and the other in the afternoon or evening.

Young people aged 11-14:
One teaspoon (or one sachet), once a day.

Children aged 3-11:
Half a teaspoon (or half a sachet), once a day.

Citric acid (acidifier), magnesium carbonate.

Nutritional values:
The average magnesium content per 2 teaspoons is 430mg (115% of the Nutrient Reference Value).
