Helps increase muscle work capacity and delay fatigue during high-intensity physical exertion. GoldNutrition Beta Alanine is a food supplement composed of 100% beta-alanine powder, flavorless. Each daily dose of 4g provides 4g of beta-alanine. Beta-alanine is a precursor to intramuscular carnosine. According to official GoldNutrition information, increased carnosine reserves are associated with buffering muscle acidosis and improving work capacity during high-intensity exertion. The powder format and neutral flavor allow it to be used alone or mixed with other drinks or supplements, such as pre-workouts, creatine, or shakes. The 300g package corresponds to 75 doses of 4g.
Take 4g per day, divided into 2 doses of 2g (1/2 scoop), for a period of 4 to 6 weeks. On training days, take 1/2 scoop before training and 1/2 scoop after training. On rest days, take 1/2 scoop twice a day with meals. The powder can be mixed with water, juice, smoothies, or another beverage of your choice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Should not be used by individuals under 18 years of age. Ingestion of beta-alanine may cause paresthesia, manifested by a temporary tingling sensation and/or flushing. May contain traces of milk, gluten, and sulfites due to cross-contamination.
