Arkotoss Syrup is indicated for the relief of dry and productive coughs. Arkotoss Syrup has been specially formulated from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives or colorings.
Recommended Daily Portion Orally. Shake before use. - Children from 2 to 5 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), once a day. - Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 2 times a day. - Adults and adolescents from 12 years: 2 teaspoons (10 ml), 2 times a day.Note: It is advisable to take ARKOTOSS® Syrup outside of meals. It is recommended to respect a minimum interval of 4 hours between doses.
Glycerol from vegetable oils - Honey - Arabinogalactans from Larch (Larix sp.) - Thyme leaf extract (Thymus vulgaris L.) - Oligofructose - Agave syrup - Water - Concentrated lemon juice - Xanthan gum - Natural aroma of red fruits . Thanks to the slow assimilation of sugars from agave syrup and honey, Arkotoss® Syrup has a low glycemic index < 55. Each 5ml serving contains approximately 1.5g of sugars.
Arkotoss Syrup acts through a physical mechanism at several levels: - Cough relief by protective effect against external agents with irritating action; - Facilitates physiological expectoration thanks to the hydration of the mucus located in the upper respiratory tract; - Reduces irritation and protects the throat thanks to its film-forming properties. It also contains thyme extract recognized for its antioxidant and mucosal protective properties.
Recommendations ARKOTOSS Syrup is a Class I Medical Device. Read carefully the labeling, precautions and instructions for use. As a precautionary measure, Arkotoss® Syrup is not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the constituents and in case of fructose intolerance. If symptoms persist beyond 4 days of treatment, consult your doctor.* Each 5ml dose contains approximately 1.5g of sugars.
